About Us
After almost a decade of working with international and independent schools in a dozen countries, Maryanne launched the Maryanne Lechleiter Consulting Group in early 2024.
We work with school marketing, communications, and admissions teams to help them transform the parent experience by streamlining their use of technology, redefining internal processes, implementing automation and crafting strategic and meaningful communications to create a family journey that drives inquiries, enrollment, retention, and long-term community engagement.
Our core services include marketing strategy development, family journey mapping, communications audits, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy and implementation.
About Maryanne Lechleiter
A passion for marketing has been ingrained in Maryanne since childhood, sparked by the creation of her version of the Sears catalogue using a typewriter and Fashion Plates. Over the past 25+ years, she has cultivated her expertise in traditional and digital marketing both locally and internationally.
During the past decade, Maryanne discovered a love for the niche of education marketing specifically in international and independent schools. She has worked with schools around the world helping define their strategic direction for student recruitment and retention, enrollment management, and thought leadership development.
Maryanne's time both in an agency setting and as an entrepreneur has prepared her to be resourceful and creative while also contributing practically with hands-on execution. She has a knack for translating grand visions into tangible outcomes, earning recognition for her ability to deliver meaningful results consistently.
While Maryanne's brain rarely rests, she's not all work and no play! She has a deep love for exploring the world–she's been known to book the next trip on the way home from the current one–you'll find her cuddling with Winston (the Doodle), being on or in the water, experimenting with watercolour painting, or reading a great book.
